Mega Man: The Power Battles game:
Defeat the first eight robot masters in Mega Man 3. Save the game
and Mega Man: The Power Battles should now be unlocked at the game
selection screen.
Alternately, defeat all of the robot masters in Mega Man 3.
Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters game:
Defeat the first four robot masters in Mega Man 7. Then, complete
the robot museum. Save the game, and Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters
should now appear two doors to the right of Mega Man 8 at the game
selection screen.
Alternately, defeat all all of the robot masters in Mega Man 2.

Defeat two robot masters from any game. To listen to the song, go to

Successfully complete Mega Man 7. To listen to the song, go to the
