Unlock Narrator Sakura as playable character:
Finish original mode with Sakura at least 8 times without using a single
continue. Go to the character selection screen, then highlight Sakura.

Unlock Evil Ryu as playable character:
Finish original mode with Ryu at least 8 times without using a single
continue. Go to the character selection screen, then highlight Ryu.
Hold Select and press X, Square or Circle
Unlock Bison II as playable character:
Finish original mode with M. Bison at least 8 times without using a single
continue. Go to the character selection screen, then highlight M. Bison.
Hold Select and press X, Square, or Circle
Unlock bonus characters:
Finish original mode with any standard character in normal or hard mode
without using a single continue. Another new character will be unlocked
every time, when you complete the game again.
